The Workflow Configuration section allows you to view and manage custom workflows.
To open Workflow Configuration, click Configuration > System Preferences > Workflow Configuration.

The main page of the Workflow Configuration section is composed of 2 parts:
- A filter section at the top half that allows you to search and filter the workflow entries by category, specific item details, and custom attribute information
- A list of the workflows available in your database displayed in a grid on the bottom half
You can:
- Create a workflow.
- Add or remove conditions.
- Clone a workflow.
- Activate or deactivate a workflow.
- Delete a workflow.
- Configure an auto-approve workflow.
- Configure an auto-reject workflow.
- Define approvers for workflows.
- Define multiple approvers.
- Add email alert recipients.
- Reorder workflow priority.
